Who We Are

Founded by Laura Hill and Russell Harvard, Dare Say Entertainment is built on a 15-year creative partnership that began at Deaf West Theatre and continued through acclaimed work on Broadway. Laura brings over two decades of theatrical production experience (as well as ASL interpreting work) — from Deaf West to the LA Philharmonic and Center Theatre Group. Together, they are developing original film and television projects that center Deaf artists and authentic storytelling at the highest level of the industry.

Driven by a commitment to truthful, boundary-breaking work, Dare Say exists to champion bold new voices and redefine what meaningful representation looks like on screen and stage. With a foundation in both artistic excellence and real production experience, the company is always open to connecting with collaborators, producers, and partners who share that vision.
